Smartnumbers is pleased to announce that it has been accepted into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program and that it has also achieved Amazon Connect Ready designation.
The ISV Accelerate Program is a co-sell program for AWS Partners who provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS. The program helps partners drive new business and accelerate sales cycles by connecting the participating ISVs with the AWS Sales organisation.
The Connect Ready designation verifies that the Smartnumber Protect solution follows architectural and operational best practices when working with Amazon Connect.
The two developments underline our growing AWS relationship and our commitment to supporting our mutual customers.
The ISV Accelerate programme will extend the reach of our contact centre security solutions, helping us protect more individuals and organisations from fraud. Connect Ready designation provides organisations with further reassurance that our solutions will connect seamlessly with their existing technology.
