As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we at Smartnumbers want to keep you informed about what we are doing to support the continuity of your service.

As a company who provides organisations with the means to support their telephony through Business Continuity incidents, we take preparation and disaster recovery very seriously. 

All business functions, including all technical and customer support teams, are operating at full capacity. The Smartnumbers platform is hosted as a SaaS cloud offering. We are always well prepared for any business continuity events and these processes have been thoroughly tested.

Our team welfare and our service to our customers remain our full priority at this time. As such;

  • Our teams have been asked to suspend all business travel in addition to non-critical site visits.
  • Our entire team is now working remotely using our excellent remote capabilities.
  • Our Key Workers are ensuring that critical telephony services are fully operational for emergency services.
  • We are, of course, constantly monitoring official guidance and will adjust our plans and policies accordingly while still maintaining the highest quality service.
